1. On the Mail menu, click Preferences.
2. Click Accounts in the Mail Preferences toolbar and then click the Create Account button.
3. Enter the following information:
   Account type: POP
   account Description: Enter a name for this account such as, My Email
   E-mail Address: your complete e-mail address (i.e. me@mydomain.com)
   Full Name: Enter the name you would like to appear in the From field on your outgoing message Incoming mail server name: mail.domainname.com
   User name: Your complete e-mail address (i.e. me@mydomain.com)
   Password: Your POP accounts user name
   Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.domainname.com SMTP User and SMTP
   Password: use the same as your incoming username and password
4. Click OK to close the Account Information window.
5. Close the Mail Preferences window.
