Please note that you need to upload your site files to remote folder/host directory "mainwebsite_html" in order for your site files to be accessible from your site/domain.
For your exact FTP host (IP) name, username and password please check your Welcome e-mail. If you do not have a copy of your Welcome email please, contact our support so that we can re-send it to you.
Please, note that your FTP username is DIFFERENT than your control panel username. Your FTP username consist of username + "@" + your domain name, for example username@yourdomain.com instead of just username.
