1) open a support a ticket and provide us with the domain and the complete contact information (name, address, city, state, zip, e-mail, telephone/fax) under which your SSL will be issued. To open a support ticket please, login to our support & billing control panel at

2) verify your identity which needs to match your domain and provided contact information for your SSL by sending us a FAX at +1.408.351.0116 (1) with a copy of a utility bill (if for personal use), (2) or if the SSL is for a business - copy of any document which shows that you are incorporated.
